Weaponzero, the e-manage cable cost MYR130.00 only with the software. If Vanni's laptop doesn't have a serial port he needs to purchase a serial to usb convertor which cost another MYR60.00 (with emanage software and convertor cable only Windows XP is supported) for Windows Vista or 7 please use M7 JAPAN software and cable instead. It will work too.

water temp sensor to ecu n to meter cluster are two separate sensors.
10 yr old fuel pump no need check also know its weak already lo or you can spend some money to get a flow test...
if install walbro better do fuel correction via piggy back ecu for best performance n fuel economy.

Why is a piggy back ecu needed when changing from stock to Walbro ?

I thought ECU will control fuel mixture based on sensors, where it will know whether it is too rich or not.

From experience, once you full throttle, the ECU is at open loop. Fuelling will be based on the pre-programmed map.. So the engine will run rich whenever you WOT. Sometimes too rich until engine bogs. To correct this problem, piggy back ecu is the solution.

You can also use MOTUL 90PA LSD Gear oil. 2L per bottle. Price MYR115 (retail price) per bottle.

4g93t block is pretty expensive these days.. price range MYR900-1500.00 with or without pistons and rods makes up the price difference a little bit. good luck in searching for it.

Ic... maybe that's why when I full-throttle, the mixture is really rich (can see it in my rear-mirror). Never felt it jerking (previously, my jerking during WOT was due to old spark plugs).
