repair: innovate wideband unit

Guys,
Where could i send the LM2 unit for repair? mine busted already. No idea what happen. Replaced the LED still not working at all. No signal to the laptop too.
 
i have a same prob,, usb not reconize,,huhuhu and buy other lm2,,:banghead::banghead:
 
Does innovate this fragile? it seems quite a number having problems with it.
