looks like the second one is able to feed more power if what said is what it performs. Anyway, what sub are u having there? 1000watt? RMS or max? how many coils? what's the impedance. It looks like both amp bridgeable at 4ohms...not sure if it can handle lower impedance than that.

I think you might need more juice for your sub....150W might not make it. Mind listing the model of the sub you have?

here the details...

USED TO PLAY LOUD FOR (SPL) SOUND PRESSURE LEVEL

AND SOUND QUALITY, IT COMES WITH 1000WATTS POWER

HANDLING MAXIMUM PER PIECE , HIGH QUALITY NON PRESS

CONE, POWDER COATED BASKET, 40 OZ MAGNET

STRUCTURE, IMPEDANCE AT 4 OHM, SENSITIVITY AT 90DB,

FREQUENCY RESPONSE AT 25-1.5KHZ

Hehe... what do u think?

Perhaps you can tell us the brand and model and we'll check it out for you.

It's not stated if 1000w is RMS continuous power or peak power. We wouldn't want to BBQ it u know...

mmm, 1000w is the max power.. feed it abotu 500w max.

Get a good box to fit it in and feed it as much power as u can.

Is the the orange/yellow E-Tone subwoofer...
i saw it once... not remember...

Yes... the sub is in Orange/Black color...

err... want more thing... is it suitable for my components... Eclipse... forgot the model coz has throw away the box and the manual also missing... hehe

i think this subwoofer box has a power rating...
if i happen to go that shop i'll try to see...

500 W would be good enough to thump i presume...more than enough.

Get a proper enclosure made and you should be happy...now you said you have 2 pairs? you looking to have a ported box for them?

Get the Rockford to power up your eclipse components then screw the other amps and get a JBL MONOBLOCK!! :D :D :D :D :D :D 300.1 for simplicity or 500.1 for POWERRR.. *GRoWL* hehehehe
