my question is, is there any place can get this side skirt & how much...???
http://www.kingmotorsports.com/images/products/mugen_aero_civic_ek_sedan_type_ss_2.jpg

If you are talking about the original, I guess www.kingmotorsport.com in US is a good place with a heart breaking price tag as well, USD630 plus shipping. :o Or you can have a Japanese friend to order from Japan then later have it shipped to you. I have not yet seen any replica around but I doubt it will be dubed as I think the OEM Honda sideskirt looks better....

This is the bracket that won't fit if you are trying to get the 99spec bumper on 96:

The easiest way is you can cut of these plastic tab with cutter on bumper to make room for your bumper to snug in.

Or the professional way is to to cut off the metal bracket on the radiator support and drill another hole to have your bumper mounted on. I did it this way.

Everything else is plug and play.

I used to have a custom made bumper that is shaped like the '99 spec bumpers but will fit into a '96 car. Dont need to change lights, grill, fenders and bonnet. Best Feel used to sell it, not sure if they still do. Full PU material.

Its a good option if you want '99 spec look but don't want to change the rest of the stuff. I think i might still have those bumpers.

damn...hikaru really live up to his name....and know his stuff well....next time i come back muar hafta find him and take classes.....

Just got back from Thailand a few weeks back. Seen a lot of other EK Coupes more cunner that the yellow one. Next time I go there I make a point to bring my camera. Most EK Coupes there have Turbo installed already. VTEC turbo are common amongst EK Coupes over there....

Indeed, they even have a bumper kit like that with upper parts shaped to fit 96 spec EK while the lower portion is 99 spec with 2 air vents on each side.

In my opinion, they look fugly with the bastardization of 99 bumper with 96 headlights, grille, hood and fenders. I think better stick with either 96 or fully converted to 99. :)

Ditto. Which is why I no longer use it. Just use '98 spec instead. Neater.
