After cam adjustment, do we need to adjust the "tepet"?

Hi guys,

Just wondering when we adjust the cam, do we need to adjust the "tepet" as well? As someone told me we need. Just want to confirm.

I just got my B16B cam adjust but did not adjust the "tepet". Is it ok? I am using adjustable cam pulley.

If pervious tappet adjustment was ok, then no need..
