6A12TT to Single Turbo

My car still facing some issue want to share. Perhaps bros can give me some advice.
1. Engine ventilation insufficien rather say the hot air can't flow out fast enuf cause the engine very hot and water temp going up during high rev.
2. Spare tank too small cause the radiator water over flow.
3. Oil catch tank in out diameter too small for engine to breath.
4. RPM close to 5k then full boost 1.7bar I should say is quite lag.

**get those ventilated CF ones la bro.....if not use back your std bonnet & get it vented, for me i just jack my bonnet so hot air can escape quickly, but becareful doing it, dont hit your windscreen, mine edi crack on my 1st attempt
2. Spare tank too small cause the radiator water over flow.
**u need to relocate your batt to the rear & only able to fit a bigger size water spare tank, the size up to u...just need to fabricate a bracket to hold it.
3. Oil catch tank in out diameter too small for engine to breath.
**got any bigger ones ah?
4. RPM close to 5k then full boost 1.7bar I should say is quite lag.
**no idea leh, mine only boost 0.8 :( half of yours...hehe

Sure bro but I think my car still cannot dyno yet the NOS setup still not ready but we can go drink somewhere.

aiya, dyno without NOS lor.

My bonnet already lift up but still not enuf to released the hot air. May consider CF scoop but don't know which design better.

Battery already transfer to back b4 mod but engine bay still fully occupy.

Due to V6 got 2 head if using Y pipe flow to oil catch tank the air can't released fast enuf.

Maybe need to consider custom made a spare tank.

Bro dyno 1 time cost $150 leh...

ini mcm also ok bro

u can send ur engine cam cover to custom n make the breather hose bigger....
dat's wat a lot of evo/gst/mivec turbo do....

as for full boost at 5k rpm n above.... sounds ok wat....
at least everytime u rev to max... ur next gear will still b at its optomum boosting rpm ma....

Now using separate hose for each engine head no more using oil catch tank but engine oil seem going down fast.

For 1st 3gear ok but gear 4 and 5 boost spooling very slow maybe I could be due to the gear ratio. I just a bit curious 4wd gear box. I drive 170km/h at 5th gear only at rpm 3.5k is that normal?

Get evo1/2/3 gearbox if u wanna play drag....
My evo2 gearbox 4000 rpm @ 5th gear @ 120kmh ONI......

This is the faulty ignitor look cause the car cannot be dyno.

Another 2 problem was detected.
1. Overheat issue due to engine gasket leak.
2. Refer to the 2nd picture is you reconize what that is. I can't imagine what is the temp over there.

Wow! That is some nice low rpms for that speed!
