just wonder if i put 16" rim on my civic will my civic lost power on it? and will it be more comfort to drive with 16" rim? please give me some opinion dear sifu and forumer!

Im drivin EK 1.6SOHC(M), my currently rim is taiwanese 16" with AD07 16/215/R45 tyres.. wanna know the different eh..

fuel comsumption will be increased,
pickup decreased a bit,
handling will be superior but not on the wet road(Neova not suitable on the wet road kot).
pocket will be deep oso. For 1 piece 16" AD07 bout RM350-400, Goodyear F1 bout RM280-330, YK ES100 bout RM300-350.

as long i from what i see, u better go for 15", 15/195/R55. budget n good enough on EK n EG.

My sohc auto currently running in 16' + 205/45R16. So far, ok. But me drive relax one.. no traffic light GP..etc..

myne is sohc vtec auto.. running on 16'.. before i used 15', i felt a lil bit different.. pickup decreased a bit. fuel remain the same.. coz it lil berat.. to take off so i drive slowly.... kui kui kui.. can save minyak wat... with 15' u'll feel the drag when vtec open.. before oil increase.. from melawati to jln semarak rm65 full tank for 320km for 5 days and hi way driving can get 500km with using 15' ... now with 1.92/l also can get 320... using 16',i think i drive slow ma... never try hiway driving both using BSA rim sukan.

mine using enkei 16" with 205/45/16.....my car EJ6 1.6 Efi....pickup decrease a bit....handling is better....very stabil on highway n high speed ( 140 km/h).....fuel RM 50 can go 350km after price increase.....b4 can go 450+ km....b4 changing to 16...using 14" RM 50 can go for 500km....but handling not so stabil....as my oppinion....go get 15"....coz the fuel will increase....heheheheh....unless u own a fuel station.....

due to petorl price increased, used standard better coz save your fuel consumption

u can get better handling with 15 inchers too...go get some 15x7(or wider) rims and use 205/50/15 instead of 195/55/15....u'll feel the difference....cheers...
