4G93 on a iswara !!!!

why go for 4G93T only ? :X-: :emoticon_U: ...hehehe i got a fren who is using a 4G63T on his iswara aeroback...engine compartment full...of course he registered was before the jpj enforce stricter rules...everytime kena tahan but in the end jpj cant say a thing since all are fully documented and my fren fight back for his right...

eg of his sentence said back to tht jpj officer "kalau tak approved why in the f*** you ppl go an approved it in the first place...you want to strip it off can give me black and white and cash for me to do it...you think money grow on tree is it...why dont i call my lawyer to settle this want...i make it public case where i go against jpj..."

i should have done tht haih...wht luck but still say tht 4G63T on a Iswara Aeroback engine bay is rare to see...
 
yea 4G63T normal for Iswara conversion.tht from VR4 model.but 4G93T is rare coz of difference chassis and mounting.

correct me if i'm wrong

if i understand correctly what u r saying, its as if 4G63T Vr4 is a plug n play in an iswara and 4G93T have to mod a lot.. hmm.. r u sure?
 
for vr4 model not plug and play just need minor adjustment on the mounting.....4G93T is GSR model....too difference mounting.for wira,satria&putra no problem not much difference on tht mounting.if want plug and play go 4 4G61T.

and since when 4G63 needs small adjustments on only one mounting?

dats exactly what i was wondering, since i know its not easy for both engine to be shoved in the iswara's bay. he mite be rite about the mirage engine, as i havent done dis before. u sure 4G61 isnt a direct fit miton?

been there, done that. unless you want to cut your front panels because the engine sticks out from the engine bay like a sore thumb just because you want to plug and play...why not?

i lazy to retype over and over again. do a search in the proton forums here in ZTH and in SIOC.cjb, i type until i boring already. All 4G9x, 4G6x engines that you want to convert into a saga need to modify mounting. and yes, even the 4G61.
 
okie, understood. but, its a fact dat the mounting NEEDNT (means, not necessarily) be adjusted as extentions can be made to the engine, dis i can confirm for a 4G91 and 4G93 engine series. cheers bro!!
 
hurray... means my iswara can plug in 4g9X family engine adi.... good good... register in ipoh, easier... not so strict.... hahaha....
 
since u r saying that the 4g93 series can be done without the driveshaft adjustment..can u get me ur formens number..cos im plannin to get a 93 in my bay soon..so probably if i can do it wit him...so ok la..sorry off topic...thanks bro's

saw v6 1.6 put into saga last couple of month..heavy adjustment on mounting n other thing..might not pass puspakom inspection
 
elop...i use 4g93 in iswara but i have a problem bcoz my driveshaft have a problem... when doing the pickup, my car to become ggegar...now, i using a 4g93 gearbox, and i want to know where the place doing the drive shaft custom.how much?otai-otai help me..

the last i heard from my mech for the cost of a one side custom driveshaft is close to 300. most of the machine shop can do it...
