Spot Welding To Strengthen Body

should I do this spot welding thingy before going for a suspension setup? looking for a tougher body and stiffer ride... so that the car won't fall apart when i pass through bumps!!

ppl should always strenghten their chassis first before any suspension setup.

that's the correct way.
