the tint shop psl tint at bukit tengah... i classified them as poor workmanship since didnt do proper cleaning before tint the window... u can go try to check first...

Tomo will get the infinity tweeters installed Most likely on the side mirror plastic panel and also get the side panel trim rattle fixed probably add some vibration absorbing pads on rear of speaker mount area.

If suggest install CAPTOR, or maybe at least StealMate. Im going for CAPTROR, now stock only but R3 club already propose CAPTOR for discount if we go install in bulk, still in progress though. Someone quote me RM2.2k for CAPTOR so now waiting for discount from R3 club if got any. Go register at r3gister forum for more info.

Dont bother about performance upgrade though. If u really want get it done by R3 it self for 'Originality'(that what i learn) and if u ask R3 do it you dint void the warranty. Well the car is fast and agile enough, don't bother go drag race... Drag doesn't suit R3 car, well for me at least.

There is no rebate for limited car... Waja MME and other's R3 tune car doesn't have any rebate. About the free gift you must 'kawtim' (is the spelling right?) with your agent then you will get some of the free gift. I got tinted voucher and pedal lock.

My tint was nicely done (if not perfect) and they even got 5years warranty on it. So no big deal. (done it in Pandan Indah, KL)

no not had the problem with the rattling yet. maybe i havent floored it enough yet. hahaha

just got back from a drive. 5th to 4th gear seems hard to get in to.?5th put into 3rd holding the clutch back to 4th is fine. whats up here? is it somin rong with me? do i need to go to driving school again?

breaks stil squeaking as i slow down. hoping that goes away soon.

dun worry about the squeaking break,dude. it's normal for high-performance breakpad as this is not normal breakpad. mine also has the sound.

ahaha...hello there. i've not login zth for more than 1 year and just suddenly today i felt like logging in to survey for gear knob. didn't know there's a snr3 thread here. lol. my car's treating me good. quite addicted to it. too bad i won't drive him to kampung coz everyone will sumbat into my dad's avanza and i know there's one dangerous steep going into the entrance of my kampung which i know for sure my front splitter can't go.
and about the gear knob, i feel like finding a good looking, non-fingerprint maagnet knob as mine already darkened because of sweat and finger print from my palm. it's a pain in the ass to polish it yesterday. took me 3-4 hours to get back the shine. lol

MOMO Race Gear Knob

Hi Naj check the above thread for some interesting alternatives but not cheap.It's r3 after all and save up for replacement if you want to just in case. I like the momo race in particular..Yeah mine was having the lacquer peelmin places and I polished it too to a nice finish. One thing that might help is wiping it with a wet cloth every time you wash as some peoples palm sweat is pretty acidic and stains the aluminium.

Too bad you coukdnt drive back ...next time then!

About the gear knob thing, im thinking to find any kinda of leather or something to wrap that knob and yeah mine was darken too plus my hand sweat really bad.... any idea where can i get this?

My top speed so far about 205 plus minus at MEX highway~ gear 4 at 7.5k rpm i can get about 170. . well waiting for the second service and will used LiqiudMolly (full-syns) will post it if there if there any improvement.

The gear knobs can be ordered at eBay or head to kaki motor. eBay prices maybe just a little cheaper and get delivered in 5 days. My top has been 180 so far. Engine still tight and I think changing to full syn 5w50 spec will help.
