how do diff 13 b re, is it a single turbo 13b?

The 13B-RE is a 2 rotor 13B used in the Cosmo series. From intake/runner size and port size, it is second only to the 20B. But if you were to use that engine a rebuilt would be advised as the stationary gear are not hardern, restrictive exhaust sleeves and casting imperfections. You would have to swap out parts from a TII or REW engine :)
