I don't know what happened, but look like i have to do this again. although i have already made up my mind on A32, now i have to look for the unit! any recommendations???

What about that A33 2.5 Neo DI advertised in motortrader. That one is quite a nice one, clean interior and nice engine. But not a very impressive FC, 430kms/FT.

If u are going for A32 and planning to change engine, get a 97/98 and then find a 2.5Neo DI engine to put in. If you are not changing engine get at least a 00/01 of Brougham. At least got 2 Airbag, better looking steering, crystal lights, digital odometer (cannot temper with) and electronic retractable side mirror. Yap's group provide quite a touch up on their cars...can get from them.
 
Is a VQ25DD engine with NeoDI eVTC. But FC is not that good as the owner told me...I am suprised. I thought at least a 500kms above for fulltank.

Just got to know that only 99end/00 above are cefiros named as Excimo/Brougham..with 2 airbags. I slow man...heheh.
 
do u want a 3.0 or 2.0? newer excimo or brougham? still need to make a choice le...hehehe

3.0 = fun = power = expensive roadtax = expensive parts
2.0 = less fun = less power = cheap roadtax

...hard decision neh...

wow... worse than my skyline??? mine pushes 500+horsies and consumption 480kms per full tank! on h/way can get 500+kms...
 
think,,, think... think.... maybe just go for the VIP look minus the power... save money heheh... 2.0 maybe is my choice.. but if the fuel consumption is the same between the 3.0 and 2.0,,,, then again.. hmm...

anyway, d parts for 2.0 n 3.0 r around the same thing!!! n they r not expensive...trust me...i have my a32 for the past 10 years++...maintaining it its easy + cheap...

actually d FC really depends on ur mod, how u maintain ur car n of course ur right leg...

if i drive sensibly, i can get 480km/tank. no prob. i am using 18" rims with 8.5JJ front and 9.5JJ rear (265 series) with 2 big amps n a 12" sub. so its pretty heavy yet the FC is consider good...

i know someone has a stock 2.0 that clocks >500km/tank everytime...no prob.

bro, ur gtr diff story la...with so much power on d tap, u wouldnt need to press d gas to have it moving...a slight tap and ur car will be on wheel spin...:evil:

anyway, for me...VQ25DE is d way to go if u wan power but less roadtax. :biggrin:
 
Get a 2.0l and spend some money on a y-pipe, up the fuel pressure a little, high flow air filter. You won't regret it... :smile:
 
3L gooood :) change to 2.5L can have higher trade in value for your engine and g.box. JPJ approval also easier. 2L to 2.5 got to pay more.

Like Ong say, most parts are the same, compressor, alternator, starter, coils, power steering.. all the same.
 
just wondering if anyone tried before the air suspensions... pretty cool for the vip sytle huh..
 
saw a set for sale in japan yahoo auction b4. selling price: rm5000 for used set!!!
its a very cool n a must have thingy for vip style but too expensive for us.

never see any cefiro with it in kl...so, manage to get ur ride or not?
 
any genius from our DIY section come up with a cheaper solution for the air suspensions??? hehhe...
 
not that i can think off...but i have seen ppl modding those from halfcut....not worth it coz they dont last long n the ride sux big time.

cheap ride? hahaha....the cheapest i found is around rm30k++ for 96 model...
 
Ong....who knows??????? maybe i can design a set neh??????? but i never see the REAL air suspension b4.......... dunno how they really function........u know ar???? anyone???? deffy???? oi tech man?????
 
saw a set for civic b4 in FF auto. looks like LPG tank
hahahah

anyway, d fuction is to drop ur car to d ground when u park ur car. u can raise up ur ride if u wanna go thru bumps n rough roads.
