Hmmmm....... not sure if it is getting worse or I just didn't notice from before O_O

dude...go get advise from yr tyre shop...show them the receipt. yrs looks less than half year old n the peeling is horrible. mine's peeling too but mine aredy at 20% mark so cant complain as michelins tend to peel when they reach the end of their lifespan...

Actually, those tires is manufactured around late December 2010. The tires still look new bcuz its been use for my rear wheels. Recently only I swap the tires. But it started peeling off since last year ago. :bawling:

tyres have a 4 year shelf life on average...and 2 years still not really that old esp if used on rear...the peeling only started when u switched to fronts?

My friend finished his until bald, also 2 years old because 1st batch.
If 4 years old, peel then okay because rubber harden, but 2 years is still new....:banghead:

Like that should go back to Michelin for claim....

I've misplace the receipt sumwhere and its been like 2yrs ago already. Manage to use the front set till "botak" and now I m just left with another pair to go. Might as well just use it till "botak"... hahahahaa

Thanks for the advice btw bro. :five:

What tyres in the rears now? The two bald PS3, or you change to something else?

I've used PS3 before and yes it happens but not as worse as what TS had experienced and only happens after i whacked those tyres in Dato Sagor circuit.

And not forgetting to mention, ive been running on one of the tyres that has 'thinner' side walls because i didnt realise it was deflated for 10km's. Wanted to change last time but the tyre is only 3 months old and not even reached 5k km's. Surprisingly i didnt encounter any problems at all after the tyres completely wears out at 4x, xxxx km's. Been using it on 2 track days and countless touge session.

Wah! you are lucky. The flat was in front or the rear?

My PS3 does not suffer the rubber peeling off problem after 34,000 km daily normal usage.
The production batch is 5011 for the front pair while 1911 for the rear.

Yup, many have used without problem just like you.
Your rear right almost gone, but rear left already gone....middle two pattern no more sipes lines and have reached (TWI) thread wear indicator already...

B.P RE001 recommended by sum of my frens. Skidded sideways once under heavy rain, over confident hahahaaa... Just hope my next purchase of PS3's does not have the same problem again. It perform superbly in rain/wet condition. :burnout:
