MHI Turbine TD04L 13T service/upgrade to 18G-Price Dropped

hi guys..i wanna sell my:

Item: MHI turbine TD04L 13T upgrade to 18G (Plug n Play to RVR, Subaru Sti)
Description: Used only 2months after upgrade. must use external wastegate coz internal gate has been welded. But, i'll give also its stock actuator. Service/Upgrade details as follows:

1. New internal kits (see pics. i show you the old parts)
2. Compressor wheel upgrade from stock 13T (Inducer size: 40.8/ Exducer size: 56) to 18G (Inducer size: 46.5/ Exducer size:60.1)
3. New turbine compressor + shaft
4. Sandblast spray
5. AR size still the same (0.60)

Price: Bought it before from ZTH member for (RM400). Upgrade 13T/change all its internal parts/compressor wheel upgrade to 18G (RM800). Change new compressor turbine + shaft (RM500). So u can imagine how much i spent for this turbine....
BUT..

I wanna sell it for RM1.2k only...nego for serious buyer..wanna letgo A.S.A.P to build another engine. Sure HP increase..
