Mad Man threw a rock at my car!!!

Police asked me to give a description of the guy, and when i did, the policeman said he was a mad man. Always simply scold ppl on the street, but never before had he caused this kind of damage so they will arrest him and put him in a mad house.

Asked me to go to Trafik...

I just realized this part of your post. So I conclude that the police knows about this mad man since they can tell you that the madman is always simply scolding people. Yet, the madman is still out on the street? This clearly shows just how f-up our police and authorities are.

Heh, i just gave a simple description of the guy and they already knew who he was!! He even gave me the pondok number! why? so that when i see him around again, he asked me to call them and they'll go get the guy -_-; how fcked up is that! hahaha now, i have to LOOK OUT for him whenever i drive around bangsar -_-;

but i don't see any point to that. cuz i can't talk to him into compensating for my damaged caused to the car what. All i can do is, make sure the police gets this guy so that NOBODY will have to go thru that shitty experience again! :(
