this early morning..about 2am..i went back from TT(dataran prima)...heading to federal h/way...i kinda sleepy..so rush back home..suddenly the area between yamaha and kastam there..traffic slowed down..me in my heart start mumbling.."@#$$%#@..me damn sleepy.."hahhaa..then i passed by the huge crowded...i think there was an acident coz i saw a ambulance van..

the thing that me angry so much..people from other road...stop their car. and simply across the road like nobody bissness..hayyahh..later if they kena hit by other car...bertambah lagi jem!!

i tottally agree with you those Mot** Fc*8ers on the other side of the road does not care about their own life. i was there to on THE OTHER SIDE Of the road, and hell it was JAM because of drivers slowing down to see what have happend. This kinda drivers really really irritates me. can't they just mind their own bussiness and just get on with their jurney?. like example snowmei does not even bother to look at the other side of the road becuse he/she was concertrating on the road. That's should be the way. heck with those ppl who slows down just to Keh Poh Chee (KPC). next time if anyone of you get a hon from a corolla SEG behind for slowing down and KPC. thats me. and when i hon i dun hon gently, i will hon all the way so everyone is paying back attention to the road. seems like 2 guys on motorcycle asked a lady for directions. then they snatched her handbag and lari. she got into her satria and chase them on ldp. until the motorcycle accident. tak tau is they bang something or she just ram them.

heard the one duduk belakang got flung to divider. duno died or not... all these i can't verify. just hear say.

I still remember this particular accident that happened on LDP. A lorry carrying got into an accident at the corner near the secondary school. All the pigs in cages were on the road and all the police did was nothing just because of religion. The pigs were like walking on the road which cause a standstill jam.

good that you heard the stories, i've seen victims who get dragged and worst.

because of your pity, and those of the general public leads to leniency towards the offenders. which in turn boosts their guts to commit the crime as they know its not serious and they wont get major punishments anyway. so, in actual fact you indirectly encourage would-be offenders to commit crime due to leniency in the system.

the woman will definately charged with something, but it won't be murder as she didn't have the motive to murder, her motive is to get back what is rightfully hers.

What this murder that murder lar. It's called man slaughter. Anyway, this is Malaysia. The police probably thinks the snatch thieve deserved dying and spare them the effort to lock him up and prosecute him etc. A lot of work. They'll probably just let the woman go as well, judging by the press statements which did not state that the woman rammed the motorcycle. Less work, less hassle and they're probably applauding the woman's actions anyway.

This is call man slaugther not murder. It is really subjective. If you catched the thief and then beat him/her to death, then you probably will be charged and send to jail.

If you accidently kill the thief when you try to protect yourself from the thief, you will still be charged but you might not go to jail where you will probably be released with condition.

i think as long as the lady car didnt have any dent mark or show that she hit the motorcycle should be ok. Motorcycle can easily have accident, it may cause by a rock, a hole on the road, emergency brake, make sudden turn and etc. Maybe the motor driver keep looking at the back for the car, then accident happend.

yes, that is correct. a person is only guilty if they are caught and proven to be guilty. this is getting off topic, but look at the china boy who was murdered, killed or whatever you want to call it. nobody was convicted, because nobody was proven guilty.. and the killer is walking free.
