about the scramble - not true. during high boost, ACT only boosting at 1.7, not even reach 2.0.

about game against BFB - what do you mean by 'diplomatic consensus as congo is the middle man'? as far as i know,if ACT and BFB agreed to have a game, both cars dont need congo as the middle man.
