Is it suitable to put 68'c thermostat in 4agze?

just planing to put a low temp(68') thermostat in my engine .
Now the problem is it suitable for daily use ?
will it cause any side effect ?
or use the higher temp thermo ?
have any brand can recommend except TRD and TOM'S ......

i'm using TRD 71'C thermostart and is good..... other brand like Billion 68'C, TRD and Tom's is 71"C as i know.

i saw one TRD thermostart sale at N1 COST Rm280 ......

it's like u said lo.. 280 bucks.. i've seen other brand thermos.. blitz... and etc.. can check out at ksp... but it was ages ago.. i havent masuk into 1 since last year
