if wanna add a rear wiper

hi can i know if i wanna add a rear wiper in a car which originally without wiper is it possible ar?..will i need to sacrifice something to my car?...and how much roughly is it ar?...anyway, fyi, my car is the honda city 3rd gen.. thx

will be more expensive than original rear wiper + rear screen then...

go half cut shop look for the motor and wiper...
some jap cars have rear wiper..
or you can go around scout for kenari's aero rear wiper, tts what they do in my area...
lots of kenari lost thier rear wiper..

anything is possible in malaysia..
tell you what..
1.buy the motor
2.go paintshop
3.ask them install for you..
4.drill hole
5.connect wires..
6.add a button..

i not sure how much it costs, as i never try before..

hmm..better dun simply add...if not ur heater line will run and the heater will not functioning like usual...this happen to my fren's car as well...his 1 is city 2nd generation...

eii, add rear wiper will look better meh??... mayb my taste different lar, but feel unnecessory lo if u want it jz for looks... mine iswara aeroback wipers also karat adi... haha... never change da wiper before also... once wipe, the whole rear windscreen become worse (more dirty)... haha...

yalo..since my car go kit but no spoiler...wanna add rear wiper like those ek ...chun chun...lol...somemore got the idea from japanese city if not mistaken...those city with rear wiper..

why adding rear wiper will interfere the demister(heater line) dunno exact spelling? the wiper use the same wire meh?...

better make sure you get a good bodyshop to do the drilling though, the last thing you want is a leaking problem... a City with a back wiper is cool, but a boot full of fishies is not :)

would like to see pics if you actually get it done... should be cool.. heh

i think it differs from car to car.. like aerobacks / hatch cars.. the rear wiper can be mounted on the boot-lid..

but for sedan cars, i think most of it requires a hole through the windscreen.. not sure how they do it.. drilling? water pressure cutting? diamond or laser cutting? beats me..

As far as drilling with a mechanical drill and drill bit, I think the glass will crack or shatter.
