Honda Odyssey RB2 NAVI/DVD Player

Hi all...

Need some help here...my dad just bought a recond Honda Odyssey RB2 yr2007...

i got a few question:-
-any solution on how to change the language from Japanese to English?...(i think it impossible)
-only can watch movie when on parking mode...once i release the handbrake the movie will shutdown(how can solve this):hmmmm:
-how u guys setup ur ICE in ur Odyssey?...(add another DVD player and connect to original in-dash monitor/install a new touch screen player/or got other option)

i just install FM booster...thinking for a next step for the ICE system...hope i can get replies from sifu's here...
