he said that the car oledi totaled, and the fella who handle this insurance, accident or whatever claim thingy, still manage to use the same plate number and rebuilt the car.. that's what he said la... if you re interested, contact directly mr bond up there..
are u telling us that this car came out from junkyard, rebuild and sell out using the same chassis number/AP/documentation and able to pass puspakom inspection? wow..
if this was in the UK, it wouldn't really be so much of an issue for these types of cars, as they have a system which would clearly state that such a car was an insurance category d or c write-off or something like that... But prices would be like 20% off market... so willing buyer, willing seller la...
