Bring all your sale and purchase agreement plus all documents and fight back in consumer court located in pwtc. Just pay rm5 and they will advise u accordingly. If it is beyond their jurisdiction, they will forward ur case to higher court. Dun be an idiot bro by taking the losses at ur end. Just my 2cents.

there are a few way to make dis car legal...

if u have a JPJ cable, search a same total lost car (mean same model registered but total lost).. transfer chasis number and grant to this body.. and register as old register number.. new registration card can be made with some 'kawtim'.. after that this car is halal on the road rite..
