HELP! Japanese GPS in RAV4

hello all bros.

my uncle juz bought a 2nd hand rav4 and it is equipped with a Japanese media/GPS system.

Is there anyway we can convert it to english?

Base on my experience, there is no solution for it.
Have to change to new unit... or can use Garmin/other product (if require GPS)
But u can still use the radio (suggest to install booster if not mistaken)
