reason I suspect its car thief because the steering lock still attached to the steering wheel.
the tow truck is towing the car towards glenmarie

cant decide .. might be unpaid to finance car also.. ;) they dare to pull car like dat .. dont care even if the driver agree or not .. they will tow da' car away without any question ...
