Engine is in superb condition and it is a mazda speed engine.
Even tuned to lowest fuel cosumption, the car still can go very fast.
The car still available.
ryanshee1982, pls dont be so ignorant and make such claims la. I dont know if you have ever owned/driven/maintained a rotary powered car, but from what you write its sure says you havent. The rotaries are slightly more 'manja' when compared to straight pistons or even Boxers in terms of fuel consumption. Dont forget for a 1.3 cc engine, there is no other production engine in the market that will produce ~200hp on stock basis. The misconseption came about irresponsible mechanics (and owners) who dont service and maintain the engine correctly according to good modification ethics.
Even an ordinary piston engine will be 'not-reliable' if you dont feed it enough fuel and keep its temperature down. In terms of parts, you just need to look in the right places and ask the correct people in the industry.
