Ya lah...its like turbo a bit...if ya wanna exactly like turbo...change the engine lor...

when it accelerate...the air pressure from exhaust blow/push the aie to the whistle and make sound...when you accelarate harder then then 'nyaring' sound lah...
its NOT blow off valve bro...can get ka blow off valve that price? hmmmm:embaressed_smile:
