actually got good & bad lor if buy with cash...
good is u no need think about monthly installment & bad is maybe in-come tax department will chase u like hell if ur submission not match ur income.

owning a car is easy but maintaining it is hard. that's why alot ppl bought their car without thinking about their expenses. at the end, cannot survive

ok, there have few types people in this world,
1. some bussine man take a cash to buy car because they want to slim down their company income range to get less tax. car will be under company properties. They dun go to bank because they need to paid out a big number of inrest.
2. some people think that if u buy a car, even though house , they also take a cash to buy, because for long term plan, they really can save more money for the bank inrest. one of my fren had took out 40k for his SEG and another had took out 135k for his apartment.

Wonder what will the IRB do when they hear of this guys buying a car worth 260K. Many people that i know of don't buy car with cash, simply because the IRB will investigate their account. They'll ask how you got so much money, did you settle your tax and so on.

But i know an Indonesian girl studying in Malaysia who buys everything with cash. She's got a rich background and recently just bought a new car with cash. One fine day she decides to buy a car, told her parents to TT some money to her bank account, few days later went to the bank to buy a bank draft and just told the car salesman she's buying the car with cash.

so my mum asked how much they pay for installment per month...damn it....the neighbour answer " I dunno bout tis, coz i got it wit CASH"

lol.....money too much....or too stingy coz dun wan let finance earn any cents of interest.....

if money not an objection, buying cars cash have its pro and cons.

1st, buying cash allows u to re-sell the car at anytime with less hassle, and avoiding depreciation at the same time.

2ndly, u are not subjected to bank's loan interest.

but, instead of spending all cash into such asset, why not invest it for better returns? for example, stock markets and who knows we can make it doublefold!

There are ppl changed 4 cars in a single year. Evo MR, Subaru Impressa, skyline and a Porsche. Will you start another thread at here when you met a friend as such? I bet you will. But what is the point?
