You can forget about comfort once you start to get aftermarket suspension kits. Just my 2 cents.

just install a used Ohlins on my ride recently... i agree it's not comfy like the standard suspension did, just like what we expected, but i kinda like it tho. the only problem is when i hit a bump (not hump) at a fairly normal speed, it feels like hitting a pothole with normal car at high speed..

on one occasion, the shock was so hard my wiper switch lever went down to ON. i scared if the tire pecah or the rims gonna bengkok.
i drove another car (standard normal car) on those bumps it feels normal and harmless, even at higher speed.

is that normal for a sports suspension?? or something wrong with my ohlins' shock absorbing function??

my current setting is medium (a bit on soft)... never experienced sport setup b4 so i cant tell if it's actually normal.

i did meh....slowed down to 50-60kmh. i tot it was slow enough but feels like hitting them at 140kmh..pecah wo telor :argh:

DFV suppose to make the ride much smoother isn't it?? ...or did u mean my DFV koyak already??

inVInci8Le, no la. The DFV is the newer suspension. It replaces the older PCV.

I use TEIN Mono Flex with EDFC. Hardest setting for tackling the corners and slightly softer for the highway. Plus, I don't have to get out of the car.

I guess it's the best compromise I for my situation.
