Best Gear oil for LSD gear box..??

I'm looking for a good gaer oil for LSD gear box..any recommnedations?

Plz state ur good recommendation with short comments that why it is recommended plz..

any LSD oil will do. it must be specified in the package as LSD. never use EP90, that one for manual transmission only. EP140 for differential with non LSD.

LSD oil very thick. during my time at Toyota, Penzoil(subsidiary of UMW) or Toyota motor oil didnt provide any LSD oil for Prado which utilises LSD. so, we used SHell LSD. i guessed, it had the job done good enough.

The reason I'm asking this question is...

I guess my mechanic just put normal gearbox oil..

does it has any chance to spoil my LSD?? or affect it?

Where can I get a proper LSD gearbox oil from??

For Mitsubish one....

try motul LSD type FF

I have a 2-way mechanical differential and the last time I changed the oil, I put in some Redline ~W140.. as for the gearbox, 75W90 would be good enough in most cases..

If you like to race here and there, then normal transmission oil is not the way to go. Get some proper differential oil..

Normaly 75W90 REDLINE we using for front LSD gear box and 80W140 for Rear LSD gear box .....

Just a quickie.. Gearboxes and LSDs are totally different things.. just in case anyone is confused here.. I don't know about anyone else, but here we call LSDs (Limited Slip Differential) - Differentials.. but if you mean FWD and RWD cars then just ignore what I just said..

Yes, FWD using LSD GearBox 75W90
RWD using LSD GearBox 80W140

I just checked that.. there are 2 types of LSD gear box oil..

Kaaz and Reline.. the prices are about the same... but

I didn check the actual state.. something like 70w blar blar..

hm....

Just wonder... is anyone feels that.. if u guys drive more than

half an hour then.. ur clutch and gear lever feel bit hard and

dull???

Agreed. Gear shifting is really smooth after the gearbox is warmed up.
