try to save the file with a lower resolution. it will reduce the size by a lot

easiet way to do it is by using microsoft paint. open the picture with microsfot paint and click on file and then save as. save the picture a jpeg this is of course assuming your picture is bitmap or something like that.

use the crop function. crop out the parts which you dont need. its the icon below the EDIT word.
