sy_omar... u can change ur car's engine to any of the 3s range which has fwd gearbox... 3sge, 3sgte, beams also can! the 3sfe was designed for fuel economical engine, while the 3sge was more to the proformence engine... the 3sgte for pure speed based on the 3sge( got turbo what!) than the beams is dual vvti 3sge! :wavey:

I prefer fuel economy.... hhehehehee... enough already.... last time my ex-ae80 converted to 4agze. Now with 3 kids, better just run standard. hehehehe

i use st171 with 3sgte..
fc not too bad
1 full tank can travel from kl to kota bharu.. (+-100-150 km/h)
also 3/4 tank from kl to sungai petani..(120-160 km/h)
on the way back (sungai petani - kl) full tank at sungai petani, when arrive at puchong, still left almost half tank..just lower little bit than half..(standard highway speed except from jelapang to tapah..
got 1 5 series new model try to tailgating me because i high beam to him..other than that, cruising at highway speed..)
fc is much more safe than my previous ae92 with blacktop 6 speed..
standard st185 engine + celica 2wd gearbox + sard air cleaner + custom piping + trd exhaust running on yokohama tires size 205/45/17
i think fc much more depend on our foot..

that is actually very true! any engine could be economical as long as we drive properly! but.....how many of will do it! but one thing for sure, my old engine the 1s was so bad that even if i drive around 60 to 80 also cannot save petrol! 50 litres only 380kms'! now that was bad!

your car need new engine as soon as possible..
my previous ae92, with blacktop 6 speed with that speed, can travel from gombak - kota bharu at +-rm50 only
but just manage to do this once..
because my foot cannot withstand that speed..hehehe

lol.. my car... 3SGTE 2.0 liter turbo boost at 1.3bar doing RM63 using ron 97 from penang to subang....

yup.. but the catch is no traffic jam lah cos driving at 3am... if Jam then susah liao... hahahaha 3 days RM50 kering de... sob...
