Introducing PROFOAM:
-A foam that employs a two part cataytic-curing formula that will expand and harden to a Ultra-lightweight 'CLOSED CELL' semi rigid structural foam.
-Its a long lasting, fine cellular 100% (H) CFC free Polyurethane based insulation and construction foam for automotive applications and many more.
-ProFoam cures by reacton to moisture from the air and moisture from the substrates.
ProFoam:
-Dust and water proof
-Vibration and sound proof
-Non corrosive on metals
-Ultra-lighweight / paintable
-Ultra Rigid with energy absorption
ProFoam HELPS to:
-Strengthen and siffen the car structure and improve torsional rigidity.Thus reduce vehicle bodyroll and improve handling as well.
-Seals off hollow section to block out and absorb noise, vibration and harshness.
Application:
-Apply at the undercarriage of vehicle
Price:
RM399 onwards
**Price depends on the type of vehicle.
Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours
-Firstly we need to clean the vehicle undercarriage coz normally it will full of oil and dirt.
-After cleaning we will tape on the "hole" on the undercarriage to prevent foam coming out from everywhere.
-Whn sealing is done, we will inject the foam inside the undercarriage and it will seal off the hollow sections.
-Injection takes about 5-10mins.
-After that we will leave it for about 30mins to let the foam fully seals off all hollow section and start moisute with air.
-Foam mosturing process is about 30mins*.
* After 30mins you may take your vehicle and drive home.But for the foam to moiture 100%, it takes about 1 week time.
