ProBlems reving above 3k.. Experiencing fuel cut..

If I press the throttle harder.. The turbo still got boost even tho the rev meter is stuck at 3k rpm...

Pls help urgent

u sure its not ur tacho dats fecking up? ive in hand a customer's car dat has the same problem, the revv is reading half the real reading. ive had few of this problem in my rides

Nah.. I doubt so... Cos at 3k rpm @5th gear I'll be at 140kmh.. If I'm at my rev limit.. 6.8krpm.. I'd be at 180+kmh..

Not the ecu.. I tried borrowing from a friend of mine.. Same specs, same year.. No difference..
I'm guessing it's the tps sensor..

check you neutral start switch wiring..same thing happens to me..once the wiring sorted out the problem solved..

It's not a big issue just check your map sensor, tps sensor and plug coils that's all. Nothing to worry about ECU and others, I have been playing 1JZ since last 4 years and I'm aware of this problem which is common.

Just replace the map sensor with ur friend or go to any halfcut shop and ask them to borrow you the map sensor for 5minutes.
