We give out good/expensive free gifts upon SIGNING not upon approval (like other cards). Being in da premium industry (my sig. no 1) we are able to do this.2. Do not want our agents to do random selling (like in supermarkets), we plan for them to go and make presentations/sale to companies. If they have their own contacts much better.3. We do not give basic salary, therefore there is no clocking in at the office everyday and no sales target. The more you sell the more you will get.4.
