The center boasts 545 square meters of new car showroom area on the ground floor with an additional 456 square meters of space on the upper floor that will cater for the Porsche Pre-Owned Center.

The opening of PCBB also marked the launching of the Pre-Owned Car program that offers trade-ins for customers looking to purchase their next Porsche. Porsches offered under the Pre-Owned program will have to pass rigorous quality control checks that include the stringent 111-point check. All cars offered under the program will have to have all its faults rectified before it can qualify for the two-year Porsche Pre-Owned Warranty.

A state-of-the art After Sales diagnostic center will be coming up in the adjoining building over the next three months that will be linked to the main showroom by a gallery. The after sales center will feature three hoists for diagnostic work as well as a car detailing center and car wash facility.
