Nissan Sunny 130y rear disc brakes

Any idea on how to convert the rear drum brakes to disc brakes? I've seen some people using rear disc brakes in their Sunny 130y in my city, but I have no idea what car they got it from. Anyone can give me some advice or recommendation? Thanks

there's 1 pair selling at chan sow lin at a crazy price... or u can just go custom a new knuckle n put any disk 2 d back :)
