I check already with few bank. they wont give any loan at all. u have 2 pay cash.

i think loan is obtainable depending on the individual

i ve seen ppl getting loan for year 1990 180sx...

worse case u can get personal loan from HSBC...8.5% interest if i m not mistaken

d6d2 , i check with affin tmn maluri kl, last monday. the officer say that they cannot give any loan . i even xplain to them that my salary is rm 58++. they say loan doesnt affect the loan amount as the car is more then 11 years old. can u tell me with affin did u go as i'm interested with the car. i also check with maybank setiawangsa and ambank ampang point.

1 thing 4 sure i wont be that stupid to get a personal loan as the intereste was ho high

ok guys, i had been working for honda sales exec past 2 years. tot tat affin really can offer the loan. probably their terms changed, anyway just try affin seri kembangan n see how. thanx ...

Any interested parties can try Southern Finance. I got my loan from them. Loaned RM25,000 at 8.25% interest. My 180SX is end of 1991 and I got my loan last year 2005 so maybe still got chance to get loan from them.

One thing I don't understand. If you're really interested in the car, u would've done enough research to know that it's quite hard to get high loan or even loan for 10 years+ cars. Plus don't complain about the high interest coz it's already expected [wake up there's no 5 or 6% interest for these type of cars unless it's 1997 or 1998 onwards] and like Temujin said, if you don't have the money to play cars then don't.
