Warning frm them is that the police will just take the picture of the car and sent the summons to the owner base on the no. plate of the car... don't know if this is also true.... I don't wanna get trouble in the law... but I also don't wanna spend money/time in re-installing something which is already-legal (IF)...</blockquote>
