Plus, last year RPGT was abolished so flipping properties was good for awhile but now property market sucks. Wanted to buy 350z last year. Went to see but they wanted deposit of RM20k before I could test drive. <img src="https://zerotohundred.com/forums/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/banghead.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":banghead:" title="Banghead    :banghead:" data-shortname=":banghead:" /> And they wanted to make it very hard for me to pay for the car - insisted I pay them in batches of RM50k everyday for 4 days and the fifth day pay the RM30k or so (Total was RM230k). First time I've seen a person refuse receiving payment. :sleep:</blockquote>
