How to DIY adjust boost

sifu,
my car is a kancil L2,now boosting the ori boost 0.7+-,can i adjust the boost without using those expensive controler electric and screw type~~~

Hi any sifu want to clarify on this? What is the step by step procedure to repaint the whole car or a section of the body.
