The reason is engine consume more fuel while the engine is like stop and run moment. Means during trafic jam. Conclusion here is electrical fan is to help you to run more lean during low-mid. I only turn it on while my is in slow moving. Turn it off while I driving on highway. This is the benefit that I can turn on/off.If really don't understand the logic. I also don't know how liao.
