First, remove the glove box.its held using 2 screw.Recommend u empty the glove box first to prevent the stuff in the box being scattered on the floor. Notice the black plastic cover, remove it to.Its held using 5 screw. http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk167/gunnerzz_8094/aircon12.jpg http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk167/gunnerzz_8094/aircon13.jpg The shining piece of metal needs to be removed too. Held in place using 2 size 10 bolt and 2 screw. This is what it looks like with the black plastic cover off. The filter is located behind the plastic cover with a small black box attached to it.It is held using 6 screw and 2 clip at the bottom. http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk167/gunnerzz_8094/aircon14.jpg This one screw is a bit tricky to remove. Its either using a short screwdriver or in my case a size 8 socket wrench. http://i280.photobucket.com/albums/kk167/gunnerzz_8094/aircon15.jpg 2 clip to be removed at the bottom.
