Not all of them cannot tahan heat. Nowadays MF batteries are really cheap, especially from Century and those 'common' brands. These are still wet cell batteries, but with some additional gadgets inside them to help recirculate the gasses and etc.etc. so that you don't have to add battery water. These batteries many be sensitive to heat. There are more expensive types of MF batteries that are using dry cells or some other technologies, last time I bought for RM450 for NS60 size only. I don't think these types are that sensitive to heat.2ndly, If you choose to relocate your battery to the back, you don't need to spend alot on buying the negative(-) black cable because that's the ground. The negative cable of your battery connects directly to the chasis of the car. So no matter where you put the battery, just connect a short wire from it to the nearest part of your car chasis. That's all. :) unless your car has a grounding cable set installed then it's a different story, coz you need to connect that directly to your battery.</blockquote>
