Her dowry (mas kahwin) was RM22,222.22.Roslan denied he was competing with Datuk Khalid Muhammad Jiwa, saying: "I don’t think it’s wrong to hold a grand event and present an expensive hantaran if one can afford it." Shahanaz, who hopes to honeymoon in Paris, presented her groom 20 trays of gifts, including a Rolex watch worth RM84,000 and a RM18,000 ring.Roslan said he had known her for about six months when he decided to pop the question.
