B16A Engine HEad VS B18CR Head

All zth members, need some help to sought out my engine idling problem.
my engine idling after high rev is not stable where it drops...
damn white smoke...
good day all...
wanna ask u guyz sumthing, this morning i noticed theres plenty of white smoke came out from the exhaust.....especially on idling.
normally ppl will say that the turbo is already kong.....really huh...
