Engine balancing in JB?

Anyone knows anywhere that can do engine balancing in JB? Only the balancing, not engine assembly.

Bolt on turbo problem:

Just want to know why is my exhaust keep on coming out black smoke after
install a bolt on turbo kits on my kelisa auto (year 2000)

Issit B'cause of:
-fuel too much
