The cars still too new ..I personally wont be driving prolonged too fast(>140) till after at least 5k kms. But in bursts the car to 170 feels easy but the revs bit crazy to my ears..not used to the revs and speed build up of the Engine yet. My balls tend to shrink ..

JoeM got his car yesterday...super excited dude...couldn't stop giggling..! Anyway we plan to catch up weekend...places quite nearby. Sun I plan to do some driving again into Taiping and heartland areas. Look forward to some adventure and fun as plan to visit some waterfalls too!

Just now i send my baby to sc due to some minor thing need to be fix. Saw proton staff installing plate no for 3 new neo R3 in COE... weee so many now on the road

Took my car this morning then straight away go back for hari raya. Really love the car but have some first day issues here.

1. I was locked inside my car and unable to open the driver door. Luckily I was able to open the passenger's door. Need to check with SC later.
2. The sound is very loud after 120km/h. I can't imagine how noisy it is after installing r3 extractor later.
3. The performance at mid RPM is quite "semput" for me. I expect more but most probably because of new born baby and yet to fix the r3 extractor.

But overall I still love my new baby. The car looks way better in reality than in photos. :D

Same thing happened to me I suspect it was the battery being new...Was warning you guys!
2. The sound is very loud after 120km/h. I can't imagine how noisy it is after installing r3 extractor later.
HA HA..same concern earlier...but the extractor actually made it quieter ...there were some "engine" tappet like sounds which has smoothen out with use too.

The power comes on full blast after 5000rpm..then it opens up nicely. Current set up in yr car will make great sounds but not the full power..he he
The Extractor with Ron97 didnt show flatspots...morning had a run in with a Peugeot 308 turbo and interestingly(my first run in with R3), this baby was hauling ass at 6500+ with bursts to 7000+. Sounds nice and tight. End I kept ahead as there was traffic too...but this car is no hiway pushover! The other sound is the tyre rumbling...that also after 700kms quieten down a lot. So hang on and continue to closc the KMS
